Quality management
Rational quality management ensures increased a more efficient use of company resources, helps to avoid delays and deficits by eliminating inconsistencies and reducing the likelihood of regulatory risks. As a result, the time and cost of research are reduced.
Our quality management system includes activities for quality assurance and control, risk assessment, process monitoring, as well as training, access and regular certification of our personnel.
Our employes are regularly trained in GCP requirements and other ICH manuals, regulatory requirements and company standard operating procedures. Based on the results of training, knowledge level testing is carried out.
Training
iPharma conducts various training activities for clinical and non-clinical personnel of:
Pharmaceutical companies
Research centers
University students and graduates who are preparing to work in clinical research
Our employees have developed specialized training programs with regard to previous experience of the audience as well as the customer’s requests, which help to obtain necessary knowledge for effective and high-quality clinical trial conduct.
A mandatory part of each training program, other than the theoretical discussion of the subject, are practical exercises which help to understand the topics more thoroughly. Moreover, after the completion of each training program, final testing is provided in accordance with the training program and the issuance of a certificate.
Training is conducted by specialists with extensive experience in international and local clinical trials, including professional experience of conducting training programs.
We offer 1–2-day training seminars for pharmaceutical companies and research centers either in our office or the customer’s office on the basics of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), pharmacovigilance implementation and the features of phase I trials, taking into account both international and local government guidelines. The format and program of each training program can be agreed upon with our customer in advance.
